We believe that God is at work in the world. His desire is to put things right. Part of this is his invitation to really know him, to walk through life with him, and ultimately through the other side of death into his promised new creation. This new creation, God's Kingdom can be known in part in the world today. It is marked by peace and friendship, support and love, an end to prejudice and exploitation.
In small ways we at Netherthong church are seeking to work with God to be signs of this world to come, breaking into the world today.
Some of the ways we're currently doing this are explained below.
We'd love you to join us as we try to make a difference and be good news in people's lives.

The Christian African Relief Trust is a Yorkshire based charity.
It provides real aid and support for those most in need. CART aims to get to the heart of the matter, providing a “No Frills” support where it is vitally needed. CART works in collaboration with other small charities, agencies and representatives both in the UK and overseas.
