Children

For a number of years All Saints lost a good deal of its contact with children and young people, this is now being addressed as a priority.

Recent developments:

A staffed creche is now available at all services

A new monthly all age service ' Worship Together' happens on the second Sunday of every month.

Increased contact with our excellent village school. Nick is now doing regular assemblies and helping with aspects of the RE curriculum.

Little Angels Toddler Group - in the Gallery Room in church, Thursday mornings at 10am.

Aims for the future.

As all the above continue to be developed our aim is that within the next 2 or 3 years we can begin a Sunday morning Junior Church where children and young people can enjoy their own learning activities during the communion services (weeks 1,3,4 and 5).

In 2012 we will also be looking at how we can provide for families at  times other than a Sunday morning.
